My girlfriend and I started doing our home search and we came across this community. At first we were a bit skeptical about the drive to and from our jobs but it’s actually super convenient to North Raleigh. Met with Kelsey on our first visit and she explained everything and ended up loving it! She walked us through options that best fit our budget. From there we informed out realtor about our experience and we scheduled a second appointment to finalize! Second time we met with Kelsey and Kristian as well. After looking at a handful of different new construction neighborhoods, we really loved the floor plans, lots, and prices of Ryan Homes and liked this location so we scheduled an appointment. We worked with Kristian while we visited, and felt very comfortable and relaxed walking through the model homes.
